I provide standalone Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) and comprehensive property valuation reports for property owners, attorneys, financial professionals, fiduciaries, and other parties who need a professionally prepared real estate market-value analysis.

Depending on the assignment, reports may incorporate property characteristics, comparable sales, active and pending market competition, market conditions, property condition, location, improvements, and appropriate adjustments to develop a supported opinion of market value.
